Amy Mays, LMT

Amy Mays  has been a Carroll County resident for 21 years. She is married to her wonderful husband Keith and has dedicated her life to health and wellness for the community. Amy graduated from the massage therapy department at Stark State College in 2004. She received her license from the State Medical Board of Ohio in 2005 and her Master Certification in myofascial release. Amy’s business, Mays Mssotherapy, was a guest co-host on my 101.7 with Gary Rivers and Amy Malone and was voted one of the area’s “Best Businesses” by myfoxcleveland.com in 2008. Amy has also had 3 years of experience with working with Hospice patients. Amy is an instructor for the massage therapy department at Stark State College and an active supporter of the Relay for Life and Akron Children’s Hospital. In her spare time, Amy enjoys yoga, scrapbooking and running.

Amy specializes in myofascial release, relaxation, hot stone massage, sports massage, geriatric massage, chair massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy positional release, Reiki, and aromatherapy. She has experience with a wide range of conditions such as oncology patients, fibromyalgia, arthritis, headaches, chronic pain and sports injuries.
