I suffered with severe back pain for over a year thinking it was from a herniated disc I had from an injury at work. I came to Dr. McBrearty for what I thought was going to be treatment for that and found out it was something completely different. It was my sciatic nerve in my back all the way down thru my buttocks and thigh. Dr. McBrearty did the active release technique on me and after 4 visits, I was almostback to my oold self. I never would have guessed something so simple could be done to relieve such pain. Now, by doing toe exercises Dr. McBrearty gave me to do and keeping my appointments, I feel great. Somewhat normal. Thanks Dr. McBrearty for the good work you do and for making me feel almost normal and pain free again!
I hurt my lower back as I was opening my cottage for the season. As the day went on my lower back kept getting tighter and tighter. Stretches weren't helping. I was worried thats I'd have to spend my Memorial Day weekend in pain or bed. Dr. McBrearty agreed to see me. When I walked into his office my gait was tight and my hips weren't moving normally. After his adjustment the pain was gone and my hips moved normally. Bless Dr. McBrearty!

I came to Dr. McBrearty with problems in my right shoulder. I had a torn rotator cuff and had surgery two and a half years ago and months of physical therapy and still wasn't able to get full range of motion back til I came to Dr. McBrearty. Amazing how much he was able to help me.
I am a high school distance runner at GlenOak. I met Dr. Pat at a meet my junior year, he stretched me out a little bit but it worked wonders. All year long I heard about injuries being taken care of by "P-mac". He was considered "The Man". I came up with a heal injury the beginning of my senior cross country season. My right shoulder was severly injuried for four years. Even sitting down still there would be a slight constant pain. I had the problem long enough and come to Dr. McBrearty who saw me right away. My name is Annamarie. I am a patient of I don't know how many Dr. McBrearty has helped. I dislocated my hip in 2005. I reinjuried it the summer of 2007, July 30th. I then started to get better then reinjuried it again by slipping down the steps at school. I still went to physical therapy then we realized it wasn't getting any better. So, my cheerleading coach told me and my father about Dr. McBrearty. We came in on a Wednesday, he told me I'd have to take baths of ice to get the swelling down. I came back in that week on Friday on crutches. I couldn't even walk it was so bad, i am 17 and I was walking like I was 95. I walked out of his office friday. I then followed up with his for 2 weeks and now I am back to physical therapy to strengthen my hip. Thank you Dr. McBrearty! Your a miracl worker!
